We’re writing to inform you of an upcoming pricing update that will take effect on September 6, 2024. This update is the result of extensive customer feedback and our ongoing commitment to better serve your needs.
What’s changing
Introducing the Event Pack
To help you organize your event smoothly and competently, our SpatialChat Experts will be available to assist you with this technically complex plan.
Here’s what’s included:
- Extended Early Access: Enjoy a 1-month early access period to ensure your event is perfectly set up.
- Premium Support Options: Our top-tier support team will provide you 1 hour of detailed technical onboarding and on-Space support by request.
Core Plan enhancements
We’ve listened to your feedback, especially from our clients in virtual offices, who expressed the need for more rooms and greater recording capacity. As a result:
- Additional Rooms: The plan now includes 5 rooms (previously 4), allowing more flexibility for your virtual spaces.
- Increased Recording Storage: Enjoy 5 recordings in cloud storage (previously 3) to better capture and store your important sessions, helping you focus more on work without worrying about managing recordings during a busy week.
- New price: Due to these improvements and the added value they bring, the starting price for Core Plan packages will now be $75.
If you already have a Core plan, your current price won’t change. However, if you decide to switch plans or reactivate a cancelled Core plan, the new pricing will apply. If you’ve been considering purchasing the Core plan at the current price, now is the time to act.
After September 6, 2024, the new pricing will be in place.
