Functionality and Security

What is User Capacity?

It is the maximum number of concurrent online users in your meeting Space. Although you can invite as many Guests, Team Members, Admins, and Moderators as needed, the number of people online at the same time is limited by your plan. It starts at 5 for free plan users.

What is Team, Space, and Room?

When creating a SpatialChat account, you can invite colleagues to join your Team. Team Members can be given Admin or Moderator rights to help host events and meetings. A Space is your virtual estate where you can build many Rooms of different types and designs. Multiple Spaces can be operated by one Team.

Is my video meeting encrypted?

Yes, all video calls in our product are AES-256 encrypted.

What time does it take to upgrade my Space when payment is made?

If you purchase from the website, the Space will be upgraded within 48 working hours.

How can I cancel my Free 14-Day Trial?

Yes, you can cancel your free trial. To do so, please contact our support team or email us at support@spatial.chat.

What are my payment options?

If you purchase from the website, payment shall be made by credit card. If you make your purchase through the sales department (by signing a quote), payment can be made either by credit card or wire transfer (only transactions above $1'000). Prices in Euro are applicable for EU-based customers via contacting our sales and local VAT is charged unless a valid business VAT number is provided.

What if my organization requires you to be procured as a vendor?

Contact our sales team at sales@spatial.chat and we will connect you with our dedicated Legal Counsel that helps to be procured. However such procedure is available only for our Enterprise clients.

One-Time Events (Day Pass and Event Pack)

What is the Event Pack?

The Event Pack is designed for large-scale events that require extensive preparation time. Clients using this plan benefit from support options, onboarding, and extended early access, up to one month, to prepare for the event.

What is the Early Access option?

For events purchased under the Event Pack plans, additional preparation time is granted.

The Event Pack provides one month of early access for any size. Access during the preparation period is limited to 10 users, with full access granted to all users on the day of the event, according to the plan's user limit.

What is Premium On-Space Support?

Premium On-Space Support is an exclusive feature available only with the Event Pack. This option provides clients with direct assistance from our support specialists within their Space to address any questions or resolve issues.

To book one of our specialists, you will receive a link to a scheduling calendar after your purchase.

Premium On-Space Support is available during our working hours, from 10 AM to 8 PM Cyprus time, Monday through Friday.
